Well Seasoned catering is located on the edge of the beautiful Texas Hill country, just a few minutes from the I35 corridor. Our service area stretches from the San Antonio city limits to the Austin city limits and points west. We operate within the McKenna Event Center www.mckennaeventscenter.org in downtown New Braunfels, where we are the in-house caterer.

We are a full service catering company, handling 8 – 450 guests comfortably. We work with event planners for weddings and corporate events, or we can work directly with you to plan your next event.

The owner, nancy meadours has over 30 years of cooking and entertaining experience. She is a member of the slow food movement and also a master gardener whose passion is herbs.

Our dishes are inspired by fresh high- quality ingredients available seasonally, with an emphasis on Mediterranean-style cooking with southwest seasonings.
