How food is prepared

Unlike other caterers, who may not cook food in the healthiest manner, Nancy concentrates on cooking the old way, using seasonal ingredients and slow cooking techniques that enhance the flavor of the food. In all of her catering services, she only cooks with butter or olive oil for healthy food free of harmful ingredients. Catered dishes are prepared with a desire to ensure they are as beautiful to see as they are to taste. Nancy frequently decorates her dishes with herbs and fresh flowers.

Custom catering menus

Although Nancy offers some preset menus for you to choose from, she’s also able to offer custom menus for your Hill Country wedding or other catered event.
